Terms and conditions

Notice. These terms are a good-faith draft for the enbia launch. They should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site serves commercial traffic. Items marked TODO need confirmation from Enbiente.

Last updated: 2026-05-16

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the enbia site (enbiops.enbiente.com), a service of Enbiente — Energia e Ambiente, Lda. (legal name to confirm), registered office at Rua Santa Isabel, Lote 2, Cave, Repeses, 3500-726 Viseu, Portugal, NIPC TODO.

enbia is an informational site that presents process-automation services for SMBs. enbia is not a transactional platform — it does not allow contracting, payment, or service execution through the site.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should leave the site.

2. Site content

All text, images, code, layout and visual identity on this site are owned by Enbiente or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of this content is prohibited.

The following are permitted exceptions:

  • Browsing and reading by end users.
  • Quoting excerpts, with attribution and a link to the original page.
  • Sharing the site's public URLs via social media or email.

Third-party logos and trademarks occasionally referenced belong to their respective holders.

3. Contact requests

The contact form lets you send information requests to the Enbiente team. Submitting the form does not create a contract — it merely opens a commercial conversation, which may or may not evolve into a formal proposal.

Processing of personal data submitted through the form is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and accuracy

Enbiente makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its content up to date. However:

  • We do not guarantee continuous availability; the site may be down for maintenance or technical reasons.
  • Informational content (articles, Workfolio cases) may become outdated. Publication and update dates are shown on each page.
  • Workfolio cases labelled as illustrative examples describe typical scenarios and do not correspond to specific clients.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Enbiente is not responsible for decisions made by visitors based on site information without consulting the team directly.
  • Enbiente is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from use or inability to use the site.
  • Enbiente is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites linked from this site.

6. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites — notably Enbiente's institutional site, social-media platforms, and other resources referenced in articles. These links are provided for convenience. Enbiente does not control or endorse the content of those sites.

7. Changes to the site and to these Terms

Enbiente reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it.
  • Update these Terms.

Continued use of the site after a change to the Terms means acceptance of the updated version. The last-updated date shown at the top is the authoritative reference.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Any dispute arising from use of the site is subject to the Judicial Court of the Viseu Region (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Viseu), with express waiver of any other.
